It reflects the role of individuals in a variety of Business Services and Human Resources roles, such as Executive Officer, Program Consultant/Coordinator, Business Manager, Human Resources Manager, or Coordinator.

Covering areas such as Workplace management skills, Planning and management, Business document management, Performance Management,  Human Resources knowledge, and skill development in recruitment, onboarding, risk management knowledge, and skill development.
