If you have ever considered completing a Certificate IV or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) now is the time to do it, especially if you are located in the Tumut region.

You may already be aware that Dowell Solutions offer these courses via correspondence/distance learning.

Due to the increased local interest and enrolments in these courses, starting in March 2011 we will be holding study groups with participants to provide further support, guidance and create industry based networking opportunities.

The study groups will be informal catch ups over a lunch break at a local cafe on a monthly basis. They are not compulsory and the trainer will also attend to facilitate the study groups and answer any questions participants may have.

For anyone who has ever trained via correspondence/distance learning, I’m sure you will see how beneficial and motivational it would be to have a local group such as this to access on a regular basis.
